When you delete your VOUCH account, we deactivate it immediately. Your data is retained for 45 days so you can restore your account if you return, then permanently deleted after the retention period unless we must keep specific records for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
45-Day Return Window
Log back in within 45 days and choose Restore Account to cancel deletion. After 45 days, all account data is deleted permanently.
What you will lose
- All pending and completed earnings
- Requirement submission history
- Connected social media accounts
- KYC verification status
How to delete your account
To delete your account, open the VOUCH member app, go to Profile → Legal → Delete Account, or visit https://vouch.vpatch.ae/delete-account/ for the same steps and policy. You may also email info@vpatch.ae from your registered email address to request account deletion.

Restore within 45 days
If you change your mind, sign back in to the VOUCH member app within 45 days and choose Restore Account on the delete-account screen.
